House Groups comprise members of Parish congregations who meet in each other’s houses to study the Bible and other books, to discuss issues raised, pray, enjoy fellowship and refreshments. The sessions are led by members of the group.

There are currently four house groups meeting in the Parish of Abingdon-on-Thames. Meetings are usually fortnightly and in the informal setting of the host’s home. The Desiring Life group meets on Tuesday afternoons in the Parish Centre Lounge.

The Abingdon branch of the Mothers' Union meets at St Helen's Parish Centre on the first Tuesday in the month from 10.30am to 12 noon unless otherwise noted. Visitors and new members welcome, contact the Branch Leader or the Parish Office.
